Refund policy

1. WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?

We strive to ensure the highest quality in our products. If you receive a defective item, you may request a return for a full refund or exchange. 

We do not accept returns unless the product is defective, but we will be happy to exchange your product if

  • the item you purchased is defective or you need a different size/color, and
  • the item is in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. You must contact us prior to sending your return. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Since you will be responsible for returning the goods to us at your own risk and cost, we strongly recommend you to use a registered delivery method. All returned products will be thoroughly inspected and products that are returned with signs of being used will not be eligible for a refund. They will be refused and returned to the customer at the customer's expense or charged up to 50% restocking fee.

2. WHAT IS A RETURN/EXCHANGE PERIOD?

We have a 15-day exchange policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. Please make sure that the product is unused in its original packaging with all the labels attached.

 

3. HOW DO I MAKE AN EXCHANGE?



To start an exchange,  contact us using the form on "Contact us" page on this website. If you qualify for an exchange, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

4. DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING OF MY RETURN/EXCHANGE?



Yes, you are responsible for the exchange shipping costs.

 

5. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY EXCHANGE?



After we have received and inspected that the returned product is in its original packaging and it was not used, we will send you an exchange.  If we cannot provide you the same model again, we will then provide you with store credit that you can use at any time in the future. 

 

6. CAN I RETURN/EXCHANGE MY ORDER WITHOUT CONTACTING YOU AND GETTING A RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA)?



No. You must contact us prior to sending your return/exchange. Exchanges for items returned without contacting us will be denied.

 

7. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND IF THE PACKAGE GOES MISSING?



Please note that currently international shipping takes 2-4 weeks, mainly due to customs procedures that are not up to us. In the very unlikely event your package goes missing, an investigation by the post will take place. Such an investigation can take up to 90 days and we will be able to issue a refund only if/when the post recognizes the status of your package as missing. In that case we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or send you another package.
